Onsite Donation Attendant

Our Onsite Donation Attendants exceed donor expectations by providing exceptional service. In this position, you will play a key role in representing the charity, ensuring every donor has a positive experience. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful service
• Assist with receiving and recording donations
• Maintain a clean and organized donation site
• Place any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive manner

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequently
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Good communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Background and drug screen required 

Education, Experience, Training Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• High level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
